Beautiful keys style contemporary home featuring full living quarters on two levels.
The gorgeous landscape is charming and will undoubtedly discourage a planned trip to the beach. The road side view is characterized by a one of a kind fountain, lots of native coral and enormous Foxtail Palms. Along the waterside you'll appreciate the spacious pool encompassed by a sunny patio deck that spans the length of the property and extends down to the canal front. You'll also find a multitude of Hibiscus varieties, other native Palms, Bourgainvillea and other flowering shrubs surrounding the property.
The inside of the home is laid out beautifully and offers many special features. There are large screen protected decks on both levels, which allow step out access from almost any room including all three bedrooms. On the second level the custom kitchen provides lots of counter space, along with a spacious living room, dining area and great views of the Atlantic from all. The 2nd level also offers king size beds in both suites and a pair of bathrooms. The master bath adds a single Jacuzzi and bidet!
The first level has a kitchen, dining and living area of its own along with a queen size bed in the lower master suite. A full bath at this level is convenient for quick access from pool side! High Speed DSL now at all of our homes!
Dockage - 75 feet of deep water dockage will accommodate crafts with a maximum 3 1/2 feet of draft at low tide. 10,000 pound rated davits will lift your boat from the water when it isn't in use and you'll also find electricity, water, fish table, and a pool side shower. There is a full size bait freezer as well.
Bedding/Accommodations (3/10) - There are 3 bedrooms; 2 suites on the second level and one on the first level. The 2nd floor suites both have king size beds and the 1st Level room has a queen size bed. Additionally, there are sleeper sofas in both the 2nd level and 1st level living rooms. In total there is room for 10 to sleep in absolute comfort.
Bathrooms (3) - The master bath offers a single Jacuzzi and bidet. There is another full bath on the 2nd level and a full bath on the first level close to pool side.
Location - Turn left on 100th Street near mile marker 52.2 off route 1 south. Property is #1016 on left side. Approximately 3 miles from Sombrero Beach.
Instructions - Checkout is at 11 am on day of departure to allow us time to prepare for our incoming guests. Check-ins are at 4 pm unless otherwise discussed. Garbage barrels can be left at street side after 4 pm on Monday and Friday. Please bring barrels back to garage at your first convenient time per Marathon City codes.

Listed rates are subject to 11.5% Sales Taxand $50 processing. Pool Heat and Cleaning are included in the Rate. Pets are permitted but guests wishing to bring their pets will be responsible for an additional charge at $200 per pet fee.
Last minute bookings on reservations initiated 30 days or less prior to stay are all inclusive at $1995 per week. All Taxes, and other fees are included pending availability!
