A sister home sits directly adjacent to the house, divided by one vacant lot. With the addictional accommodations large groups of 20 persons plus can gather together and vacation in the same location!

Dockage - 100 feet of deep water dockage accommodates most any craft short of the Queen Elizabeth. You also have a fish table, electricity and water at the dock.

Bedding/Accommodations (4/14) - A spectacular Master Bedroom has great views of the tranquil canal and features a King size mattress. The 3 other bedrooms feature queen bedding and plenty of space. There are futons in two separate rooms along with a sleeper sofa and cot.

Bathrooms (5) - There are total of 5 full bathrooms, with a jetted tub in the master bathroom.

Highlights - Over 4000 square ft. of living space. It is withing walking distance to Coco Plum Beach. Screened in decks provide a great place to sit and relax. The second level include a very picturesque view of the beautiful ocean.

Location - Located at 11 Avenue F, Coco Plum Island in Marathon.

Instructions - Checkout is at 10:00 am on day of departure to allow us time to prepare for our incoming guests. Check-ins are at 4:00 pm unless otherwise discussed.

Listed rates are subject to 12.5% Sales Tax, $50 processing and $275 cleaning fee.
