Docking - A 30 foot long deep water dock will accommodate crafts with drafts up to 4 feet. The dock features an 8,000 pound boat lift,  dock lighting, a 68" fish table, bait freezer, electricity and water.

Bedrooms/Accommodates (4/9) - Four spacious bedrooms include a master suite with king bed, a second suite with queen, 3rd with two twin beds, and fourth bedroom with full size pull out sofa. A pull out cot brings the total accommodations to 9.

Bathrooms (4) - The luxurious master bath features a jacuzzi. Both second level bedrooms have their own private baths, and a guest bath sits just off the living room and directly adjacent to the pool deck.

Kitchen - A spacious and well laid out kichen is full equipped with everything that you need!

Dining - Inside formal dining table accommodates 6 with an additional dining table on the pool deck which also accommodates 6.

Pool - A spacious heated pool features 3 feet in the low end and 6 feet on the deep end.

Parking -  A very large driveway and two port garage will accommodate nearly all needs.

Beach/View - The home sits just around the corner from beautiful Sunset park.  The larger Sombrero Beach is in Marathon approximately 5 miles South.

Location - Located on 110 13th Street, just a minute walk from Sunset Park right on the Vaca Cut! Turn left into Key Colony Beach on The Sadowski Causeway, take first right on East Ocean, left on Coury and right on 13th Street. 110 is the second house on right.

Instructions - Checkout is at 10:00 am on day of departure and check ins are at 4:00 pm unless otherwise discussed. Garbage pick up is on Tuesday morning and Saturday morning. All barrels can be left with lids at roadside after 4 pm on the day before pick up and returned to garage on the day of pick up.
