Our most luxurious and spacious home yet is located in an upscale and peaceful, Marathon neighborhood less than a mile from Sombrero Beach. This beautifully decorated three level contemporary home offers everything you could imagine in luxury. Outside you will find a meticulously landscaped yard, spacious heated pool and 100 feet of deep water dockage capable of accommodating crafts of nearly any size. The carefully placed Coconut Palms at pool side offer a perfect mix of sunshine and shade.

Inside you'll find quality in every facet of the home. The magnificent master bedroom on the third level has its own private deck with a pair of hammocks and a view of the Atlantic Ocean. The custom kitchen is one of the nicest you'll ever find and there are dining areas on both the first and second level. Larger groups will also enjoy the separate living areas on all three levels, two of which feature big screen televisions. Other special features include the two additional screened decks, central stereo system, and pool side Florida room.

Dockage - 100 feet of deep water dockage can accommodate crafts with draft of over 5 feet. You'll also find electricity, freshwater, fish table, 10,000 pound davits and bait freezer.

Bedding/Accommodations (4/10) - Four spacious bedrooms including a magnificent master bedroom on the third level with views of the Atlantic and its own private deck with dual hammocks. Comfortably accommodates 10 with a sleeper sofa in living room.

Bathrooms (3) - A full bathroom is located on each of the three levels.

Location - Conveniently located less than 1 mile from beautiful Sombrero Beach. Turn left on Sombrero Beach Road at Mile Marker 50, travel 1 mile and turn right on Anglers Drive, take first left on Anglers Drive South, house is #222.

Instructions - Checkout is at 11:00 am on day of departure to allow us time to prepare for our incoming guests. Check-ins are at 4:00 pm unless otherwise discussed. Yard trash, fallen palm prawns etc., can be left in barrels at roadside on Sunday after 4:00 pm Regular garbage can be left in barrels at roadside on Monday and Friday after 4:00 pm. Please help us by bringing barrels back to storage room as soon as convenience allows per Marathon city codes.
