The living room features a 27 inch television with DVD and a hand painted wall collage created by a local artist depicting a fish eye view of life on a Florida coral reef. Cathedral ceilings, wet-bar, spacious bedrooms, wireless broadband DSL and hot tubs in both the master and second bath complete the fine detail.
Dockage - The large dock will accommodate crafts up to 40 feet and drafts to 4 feet at low tide. You'll also find 50 amp electricity, freshwater, fishtable, baitfreezer and a poolside shower.
Bedding/Accommodations (4/10) - Four bedrooms including 3 kings and a queen size bed. There's also a sleeper sofa in the living room.
Bathrooms (3) - The spectacular master bath offers a hot tub for two and you'll also appreciate the single Jacuzzi in the second bath. The third bathroom is conveniently located near pool side.
Location - Turn left on the Sadowski Causeway off Route 1 South, turn right on West Ocean Drive, turn left on Coury, and right on 13th street. The property is #320 on right side. Conveniently located walking distance to Sunset Beach.
Instructions - Checkout is at 11 am on day of departure to allow us time to prepare for our incoming guests. Check-ins are 4 pm unless otherwise discussed. Yard trash, fallen palm prawns etc., can be left in barrels at roadside after 4 pm on Tuesday. Regular garbage can be left at roadside on Monday and Friday after 4 pm. Please help us by bringing barrels back to garage on pick up day as soon as convenience allows per Key Colony Beach city codes.
