Docking - A 30 foot seawall dock with extra deep water access.

Bedrooms/Accommodates (2/4) - There are two spacious bedrooms including master suite with king mattress and flat screen TV and a guest bedroom with 1 full matress "and" 1 twin bunk bed. 

Bathrooms (2) -  Guest bath with tub enclosure and master bath with shower.

Dining - Breakfast bar with stools for six persons.  Additional dining suitable table in living room.

Pool - Cabana Club membership

Parking - Plenty of room for two cars and one boat trailer.

NOTE - Any trailer needs to be parked a full 25 feet from the middle of the street.  It is your responsibility to secure an exterior parking location if this can not be accomplished.

Beach/View - Cabana Club membership or for more privacy, the home is about 1/2 mile from Sunset Park Beach.

Location - Turn left on the Sadowski Causeway off Route 1, turn left on 3rd street just after the Cabana Club.

Instructions - Check-out is at 10 am on the day of departure and check-ins are accepted 4 pm or later unless otherwise discussed.  All guests are greeted at the address of the property for inspection, home instructions and review of what will be required for full return of deposit.
